Surprisingly, facial fitness can also be dangerous. There are few contraindications to its use, but they exist – skin diseases, diseases of the facial nerves (they can increase against a background of intense nervous activity). It is also contraindicated in patients with impaired cerebral circulation and hypertension, as the relatively strong stress on the muscles of the face and neck can lead to malaise and even death. So be careful.

Stars who are confusing about face fitness

This kind of peculiar sport did not arise out of nowhere. Its popularity grew significantly when the stars started talking about it. Of Russian celebrities, Vera Brezhneva, for example, has been spotted in it, who, according to her, regularly practices facial gymnastics along with the usual yoga and proper nutrition. She is sure that facial fitness helps her to retain her beauty and get rid of the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Such celebrities as Edita Pieha, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Aniston are also fond of face fitness. Naturally, against such a background, many Russian and not only everyman interested in the star technique to maintain facial tone.
